Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rQgWIAr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 16th day of
June, 19 86. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider.

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 366
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOTAL RELOCATION OF THE
ENTIRE PLAY AREA IN GREEN OAKS PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council has received requests from area residents to
relocate play equipment in Green Oaks neighborhood park, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has held a public
meeting to review and discuss the possible relocation of said play equipment,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it in the best interests of the entire park
and neighborhood to relocate all of the play equipment within Green Oaks
neighborhood park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that:
1. The Director of Parks and Recreation is to confer with Paul Fjare
from Brauer and Associates on finding the appropriate central
spot within Green Oaks park for relocating the play equipment,
2. The Director is authorized to enter into an agreement with Perkins
Landscaping for the total relocation of the play equipment at a cost
of $15,000. This cost is to be charged to the Park Dedication fund
neighborhood playground account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by m r siliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
