Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day
of June , 1986. The following members were presenF77ayor Schneider,
Counc members rain Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-361
REVISING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION (86018)
WHEREAS, The City Council approved the final plat and development ontract for
the Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition on April 21, 1986 by Resolution
No. 86-206; and
WHEREAS, the development contract was executed by Scherer Brothers Lumber
Company on April 21, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the development contract provides that the City shall install the
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the original contract was prepared based on cost estimates provided by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a revision of the contract to accurately
reflect estimated costs based on the lowest responsible bidder's actual bid
prices for completion of the required public improvements.
;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the development contract between the City and Scherer Brothers
Lumber Company for Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition approved by
Resolution No. 86-206 on April 21, 1986 is hereby amended to reflect the actual
bid prices for all of the required improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, and
Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember LItur
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
