Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day
of June , 1986. The following members were present:7syor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk

COuncilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 358
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
1986 SEAL COAT AND CURB REPAIR PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1986 Seal Coat and Curb
Repair Program; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Company Total Bid
Allied Blacktop Co. $185,508.40
Hi -Way Surfacing Co. 199,439.30
Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. 208,306.24
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop co., is the lowest responsible
bidder;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with Allied Blacktop Company in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the 1986 Seal Coat and Curb Repair Program in the
amount of $185,508.40.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
TLe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cour,ilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
falowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Asiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
