Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
June , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-356
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PILGRIM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - SANITARY SEWER
PROJECT NO. 633
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Zachary Lane from 290
feet North of County Road 9 to 700 feet North of County Road 9 by the
installation of sanitary sewer lateral and all the necessary appurtenances for
the Pilgrim United Methodist Church was duly presented to the Council on the
2nd day of June, 1986; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 2, 1986 a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the i=provement and
this report was received by the Council on June 16, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted June 16, 1986.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
4. The petitioner has waived his rights to Public Improvement
Hearings and Sepcial Assessment Hearings on this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
