HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-355CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of June , 1986. The following members were present: mayor SchneidPr, Councilmembers Crain. Vasiliojand Zitur The foll s were absent: CnuncilmPmhPr Rick Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 355 ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING STREET LIGHTING - WINDEMERE DRIVE IN THE GLEANLOCH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 2, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to thi improvement of Windemere Drive in the Gleanloch 2nd Addition by the installation of street lighting and this report was received by the Council on June 16, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429 and the necessary and total cost of improvement of $54.20 per month. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 7th Day of July, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor SrhnaidPr, Cnnnrilmamhore train- Vaciliou, and 7itur The following voted against or abstained: nnnP WherP;:pon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
