Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Coincil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
June , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider.
Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur
s were absent:
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 354
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
SCHMIDT GARDENS UTILITIES- PROJECT NO. 427
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Schmidt Gardens Utilities, Project 427:
Description of Work
This change order provides for the installation of 4" p.v.c. drain
til. in the bottom of the ditch along the West plat line. The
existing ditch is very flat and the drain tile will eliminate
standing water.
The amount of the change order is $5,680.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 4 for the Schmidt Gardens
Utilities is hereby approved in the (add) amount of $5,680.00.
Original contract amount $291,069.77
Previous change orders 9,112.11
This Change Order No. 4 - ADD 5,680.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $305,861.88
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain and
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou '
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
