Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
June 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider.
Councilmembers Crain. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain

introduced the following Resolution and moved
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 353
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT - PROJECT NO. 503 FOR
PROJECT NO. 616
SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION - UTILITIES AND STREET
WHEREAS, Char e Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Description of Work This change order provides for the
installation of watermain, grading and aggregate base on the Nathan
Lane cul-de-sac within Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition.
The completion date for this project has changed to July 15, 1986.
The change order is in the amount of $49,067.50.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Scherer Industrial Development Project
No. 503 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 for the Scherer Industrial
Development, Project No. 503, adding $49,067.50 is hereby approved.
Original contract amount $567,235.50
Previous change orders DEDUCT 71,014.00
This Change Order ADD 49,067.50
Revised Contract Amount $545,289.00
The muti,)n for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, and
Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Zitur
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
