Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plyn.juth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th

RESOLUTION NC, 86-350
APPQOVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES
LICENSES FOR HERBERT MARGOLIS, HOLIDAY INN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, application for on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
have been received from Herbert Margolis, Holiday Inn Plymouth, 3000 Harbor
Lane, to be held in conjunction with the Holiday Inn Plymouth, for consideration
and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided,and the Police
Department has investigated the applicant and finds no reason to deny the
license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
be approved for the period beginning duly 1, 1986 through December 31, 1986 for
Herbert Margolis.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, -t7e-
