RESOLUTION NO. 86- 348
APPROVING 1986 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, an application for a Cigarette License has been received from the
party listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City
Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from the party
listed below be approved for the period of June 3, 1986 through December 31,
1986:
Harty's Boats and Bait

Plymouth, MN
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the
