The following members were ,resent: _dor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zltur The following members were absent: none *** Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 345 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION A%i ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT HEMLO:f LANE, NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 10 - STORM SEWER PROJECT NO 634 BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requested the improvements of Hemlock Lane, approximately 2,000 feet North of County Road 10 from point 329'B' to 325 as shown in Plymouth Storm Drainage Plan, 1980, by the installation of storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on June 2, 1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is oade in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petitioner has waived his rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment hearings on this project. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should beat be made as proposed or in conjuntion with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement is recommended. 4. The City Engineer shall contact the City of Maple Grove for funding assistance because their storm water is tributing to this proposed storm sewer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained:. none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
