Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of June 1986. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Robert Burger of Bass Lake
Development, Inc. requesting installation of ornamental residential street
lighting in the Bass Lake Eetates 2nd Addition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the imp.ovement of Bass Lake Estates
2nd Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street
lighting, filed with the City Council on June 2, 1986 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of
. property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance
to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by lOOZ of the affected property owners and
they have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the c4option of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being takenthereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
