Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a .8�.. meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of tuna , 1986. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 343
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
SCHIEBE'S BUSINESS PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the owners of Lots 5 and 6, Block 1,
Schiebe's Pisiness Park have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of
the following Utility and Drainage Easectents:
All that part of the East six (6) feet of Lot Six (6) and the West
six (6) feet of Lot Five (5), Block One (1), Schiebe's Business
Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying South of a line parallel to
and ten (10) feet South of the North line of said Lots Five (5) and
six (6), and lying North of a line parallel to and six (6) feet
North of the South line of said Lots Five (5) and Six (6).
AND, WHEREAS, the City Ccuncil has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 23, 1986
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place fog the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
