Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 340
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
1985 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 504
FOR PROJECT NO. 609, 47TH AVENUE WEST OF TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This change order provides for the installation of utilities on 47th Avenue
from West Medicine Lake Drive East to Station 5+50 as requested by the property
owners. The contractor ag.ees to hold these prices until the completion of the
60 day waiting period of assessment appeals. The completion date for this
project is changed to July 15, 1986. The change order is $27,054.35
. AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the 1985 Utility and Street Improvements
Contract, Project 504 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 for the 1985 Utility and Street
Improvements and Contract for Project 504, adding $27,054.35 is hereby
approved.
Originpl Contract Amount $ 320,597.65
Previous Change Orders 56,653.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 27,054.35
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT........ $ 404,305.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
