Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Rogilar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9nd day
of June , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 339
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
OLIVE LANE - STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 542
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Olive Lane, Street and
Utility Improvements; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Northdale Construction 102,936.50
Burschville Construction 104,000.00

Lakeside Sewer and Water 117,694.31
G. L. Contracting 120,519.80
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that ACG, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible ` dder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with ACG, Inc. in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the construction of Olive Lane, Street and Utility
Improvements in the amount of $99,412.90.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
