• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of June , 19 86 . The following members were present:yo

Councilmembers Crain, Sisk , Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-337
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1986 PRIVATE TREE REMOVAL
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division will act on the 1986 Private Tree Removal proposal
to be carried out on Privately owned lands:
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City ordinances, bid specifications were prepared
and distributed and bid proposals received and opened on March 18, 1986
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
. BIDDER AMOUNT
Ceres Tree Co. $30,790.00
Coolen Bros. $24,865.00
Gorecki & Co. $19,090.00
AND WHEREAS, The bid of Gorecki & Co. is in ,:onformance with City specifications
for tree removal and Gorecki & Co. is therefore declared the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Gorecki & Co. in
the amount of $19,090.00 further, that funds for this proposal are authorized from
account NO. 206-206-810.25.
The motion for the :doption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk and 7iti,r
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
