• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reQUlar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
June 19 86 The following members were present:Miayor Schneider
Councilmember Crain, Sisk, Vasil' and 74+—
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-336
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1986 PUBLIC TREE REMOVAL PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division will act on the 1986 Public Tree Removal proposal
to be carried out on City owned lands;
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City ordinences, bid specifications were prepared
and distributed and bid proposals received and opened on April 29, 1986
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Coolen Bros. $17,454.00
Pioneer Tree Service late bid
Gorecki & Co. no bid
Ceres Tree Co. no bid
AND WHEREAS, The bid of Coolen Bros. is in conformance with City specifications for
tree removal and Coolen Bros. is therefore declared the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Coolen Bros. in
the amount of $17,454.00 further, that funds for this proposal are authorized
from account NO. 206-206-810.25
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilm mb rs Crain cigk and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember L
Whereup the Resolution G..:s declared duly passed and adopted.
