Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
dune , 19 gL. The following mw hers were present:

introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 335
CHANCE ORDER NO. 1 - PARKERS LAKE CITY PARK SITE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended a change
order to the Parkers Lake City Park for the deletion of the pic,lic shelter
at a cost of $22,000, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and finds said recommendation to
be consistent with the overall plans and budget for Parkers Lake City
Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, bE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for Parkers Lake City
Park, deletion of the picnic shelter at a cost of $22,000, is hereby
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vot in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur
