Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 334
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID PARKERS LAKE SITE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Parkers Lake Park site
improvements, and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc., is the
lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc., in the
name of the City of Plymouth for the construction of the Parkers
Lake Park site improvements in the amount of $459,654.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, e••_ept that the
deposit of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote ��zn tak th reon, th

whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasEed' and adopted.
