The following members were present: Mdygr Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none RAA Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 334 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID PARKERS LAKE SITE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Parkers Lake Park site improvements, and WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Company Matt Bullock Contracting Co., D.H. Blattner and Sons, Inc. Park Construction Co. C.S. McCrossan Construction, Total Bid Inc. $459,654 480,155 565,405 Inc. 696,645 AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc., in the name of the City of Plymouth for the construction of the Parkers Lake Park site improvements in the amount of $459,654. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, e••_ept that the deposit of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote ��zn tak th reon, th fol vot avor reo : Mayor Schneider,kounc� members Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasEed' and adopted.
