Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of June . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur _
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 329
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR MICHAEL A. AND H.J. FREUND FOR
WESTWOOD RIDGE (85108)
WHEREAS, Michael A. and H. J. Freund have requested approval for a Final Plat for
Westwood Ridge for four single family residential lots and one outlot northeast of 34th
Avenue and Xenium Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
ow NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Michael A. and H. J. Freund for Westwood Ridge for four single family
residential lots and one outlot northeast of 34th Avenue and Xenium Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager he authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Frayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
