Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of June 19�L.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 324
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR DEERWOOD
GLEN PLAT ONE FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT (85050) (RPUD 85-4)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Deerwood Glen Plat One as requested by Parklands Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
IR1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restric-
tions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
5. The deed for Outlot B shall be provided to the City prior to filing the Final
Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: or, c neider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou
and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
