Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a R� ogularmeeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd _ day of lin„ 193&.

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 323
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT FOR DEERWOOD
GLEN PLAT ONE (85050) (RPUD 85-4)
WHEREAS, Parklands Development has requested approval for a Final Plat for Deerwood
Glen Plat One for 35 single family residential lots and three outlots located north of
46th Avenue at Valley Forge Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Parklands Development for Deerwood Glen Plat One for 35 single family
residential lots and three outlots located north of 46th Avenue at Valley Forge Lane;
and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasilinu , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider- rnunrilmembprc Crain,

voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
