Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of .lune 19K.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmnmhars Crain Sisk.
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 322
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EARL GARBINA AT 16 NATHAN LANE (86055)
WHEREAS, Earl Garbina has requested a Conditional Use Permit to operate a retail deli
and sandwich shop with carry -out service at 16 Nathan Lane in the Willow Grove Shopping
Center; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Earl Garbina for a Con-
ditional Use Permit to operate a retail deli and sandwich shop with carry -out service
at 16 Nathan Lane in the Willow Grove Shopping Center, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall he grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Earl Garbina as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas.
5. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards and approved shopping
center program.
6. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
7. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
8. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.
9. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply wit, the Zoning
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
.Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain Sisk
Vasiliou and 4itur The following

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
