Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of ,lune 19.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmember-, Crain -
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur the
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 319
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/LOT DIVISION FOR PATRICK FISTMAN FOR PROPERTY AT 17800
COUNTY ROAD 6 (86051)
WHEREAS, Patrick Fistman has requested consolidation of Tracts B, C, and D, Registered
Land Survey Number 1344 into one lot for the purposes of redivision; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Tracts B, C, and D, Registered Land Survey Number 1344, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and, divided as follows:
. PARCEL A
All that part of Tracts B, C, and D, Registered Land Survey Number 1344, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying Northerly and Westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Tract D, distant 30.06 feet
East of the Southeast corner; thence on a bearing of North 0 degrees 12 minutes
West a distance of 136.41 feet; thence on a bearing of South 89 degrees 26 minutes
East to the East line of said Tract C a distance of 164.27 feet and there
terminating.
PARCEL B
All that part of Tracts B, C, and D, Registered Land Survey Number 1344, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying Southerly and Easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Tract D, distant 30.06 feet
East of the Southeast corner; thence on a bearing of North 0 degrees 12 minutes
West a distance of 136.41 feet; thence on a bearing of South 89 degrees 26 minutes
East to the East line of said Tract C a distance of 164.27 feet and there
terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation/Division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
