Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ReNula r meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the znd day of June 1966.
The following members were present: Mayor Schnee er, ouncilmem ers Crain, —

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 316
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH
PONDS FOR DAMES GRAVES, INTRA FINANCIAL CORPORTION (86050) (RPUD 77-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Plymouth Ponds as requested by dames Graves, Intra Financial Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
• 2. The previously platted outlot along 45th Avenue North and Nathan Lane shall be in-
cluded in this Final Plat; a new 20 ft. wide outlot along Nathan Lane shall be
platted and deeded to the City for public park purposes.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in
an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according
to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
6. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 77-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor 5chneld6r, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
