Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reqular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of June 19.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain.
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none T
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 315

APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PLYMOUTH
PONDS FOR DAMES GRAVES, INTRA FINANCIAL CORPORATION (86050) (RPUD 77-1)
WHEREAS, James Graves, Intra Financial Corporation, has requested approval for Planned
Unit Development Final Plat for Plymouth Ponds, a plat for 200 apartments in five
forty -unit buildings northwest of 45th Avenue and Nathan Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Planned Unit Development Final
Plat and Development Contract for dames Graves, Intra Financial Corporation for
Plymouth Ponds, a plat for 200 apartment units in five buildings located northwest of
45th Avenue and Nathan Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be :thorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain.
Sisk, Vasiiiou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
