Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the9q� day of ,,,,,� . 19�.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 311
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PETER BIH (86035)
WHEREAS, Peter Bih has requested a Conditional Use Permit to operate a restaurant with
carry -out service at 30 Nathan Lane in the Willow Grove Shopping Center; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Peter Bih for a Con-
ditional Use Permit to operate a restaurant with carry -out service at 30 Nathan Lane in
the Willow Grove Shopping Center, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be gr.,;nds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Peter Bih as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards and approved shop-
ping center program.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
