Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Re ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Znd day of June 1966.
The following members were present: Mayo- Schneeer, ouncilmem ers rain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur he
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 310
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PYA/MONARCH, INC.

WHEREAS, Ryan Construction Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit for PYA/
Monarch, Inc. to allow outside storage of semi -truck trailers on the site at the south-
west corner of 54th Avenue North and County Road 18; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Ryan Construction
Company for a Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage of semi -truck trailers on
the site at the southwest corner of 54th Avenue North and County Road 18, subject to
the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the PYA/Monarch, Inc. as operator of the facility and
shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
5. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
6. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
7. Semi -truck trailer storage is limited to 30 which shall be located on the site as
diagrammed on the approved site plan.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ray3r c ndider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
