Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the2nd day

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 307
ACCEPTING THE 1985 FINANCIAL REPORT AND AUDIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the 1985 Financial Report
prepared by the Finance Director and the audit of said report prepared by
Seifert, Bette, 6 Co., Ltd; and
WHEREAS, the fire, of Seifert, Betts, 6 Co., Ltd. has issued an unqualified
opinion as to the results of their audit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the financial report prepared by the City's Finance
Director and the audit of said report as prepared by Seifert. Betts, 6 Co.,
Ltd. be and the same are hereby approved and accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followini voted in favir thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur .
The following voted against or abstained: none
reupon the Resolution was declarSLduly passed and adopted.
