The following members were present: Maynr pr, rnunril hors Crain, Sick, Vasilin and 7it►►r The following members were absent: nnna Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 305A RESOLUTION REVISING AGREEMENT FOR RECYCLING SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Beermann Recycling entered into an agreement dated March 7, 1986 for recycling services for the City of Plymouth; and WHEREAS, by mutual consent Beermann Recycling has requested that the agreement be terminated and the services be provided by WASP, Inc.; and WHEREAS, WASP, Inc. is agreeable to enter into an agreement under the same terms and conditions as the previous agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement of termination with Beermann Recycling and a new agreement with WASP, Inc. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foiiowin voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, �asiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,Mr* grit* ,k,lr�ir EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in the City of Plymouth, on Tuesday, May 20, 1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m., C.T. The following members of the Council were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk and Zitur and the following were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the considers - tion of the bids which had been received for the purchase of the City's $1,650,000 General Obligation Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1986B. as advertised dor sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of sale in the City's official newspaper and in Commercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The City Clerk presented a tabulation of the bids which had been received in the manner specified in the Official Notice of Sale of the Bonds. The bids were as follows:
