Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ---

MaXor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 304
CITY MANAGER'S PERFORMANCE REVIEW
WHEREAS, the City Council has established "Performance Standards and Measurements -
City Manager" for the position of City Manager to assist in evaluating the overall
performance of the City Manager during the period May 1, 1985 through April 30, 1986;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has met and reviewed the previously adopted "Performance
Standards and Measurements - City Manager" with the City Manager as they relate to
his performance during the review period;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council as a result of its
evaluation of the City Manager's performance determine that for the review period May
1, 1985 through April 30, 1986, that the City Manager's performance has been deter-
mined to meet expectations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED because this Council has determined that the City Manager's
overall evaluation that has been deemed to meet expectations, he is hereby awarded
95% of the $4,500 1985-86 performance incentive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
