. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of
May , 19 86. The following members were present:
r ouncilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were sent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 299
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING
CITY CONTRIBUTIONS TO PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City receives requests from school districts to help improve
playground equipment on district facilities, and
WHEREAS, the City feels it is necessary to provide guidelines for making such
requests, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has submitted a set of guidelines
. dated May 13, 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and approved
said guidelines, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has reviewed and approved
said guidelines,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the guidelines for requesting City contributions
to playground improvements dated May 13, 1986, are hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taigm tie& --, the

voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass
