HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-297CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of . May , 1986. The following members were present: ayor schneiTer, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and ur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 297 ACCEPTING WORK - FORSTER SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, Forster Meat Packing Company has installed sanitary sewer mains to service their property at 11510 County Road No. 9 within the City of Plymouth and the work has satisfactorily been completed in accordance with the final plans and specifications as certified by Francis D. Hagen, Sr., P.E. of Westwood Planning and Engineering Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The work completed under said project is hereby accepted and approved and the City of Plymouth will provide continual maintenance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is directed to reimburse NJ the Forster Meat Packing Company for a portion of the cost as previously approved by the City Council in the amount of $1,000 from the utility trunk fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: or Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, . Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
