HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-296CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular _ meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of May , 1986. The following members were present: The following members were absent: nnna Councilmembers Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 296 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - WINDEMERE DRIVE AND GLEANLOCH 2ND ADDITION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Windemere Drive between 11th Avenue and Pineview Lane in Gleanloch 2nd Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on May 19, 1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
