HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-295CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of May , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. rn,inrilmPmhprs rrain- qlrk V siliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Connr_ilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-295 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECTIFICATIONS STATE PROJECT 2737-13, 15 HIGHWAY 101 IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO 413 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 187, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 101, within the corporate limits of the City of Plymouth, from CSAR 6 to 1600 feet North of 19th Avenue North; and seeks the approval thereof; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. FURTHER that the plan approval is subject to the requested plan change contained within Resolution No. 86-205 adopted on April 21, 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rovn ilmpmhar train , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and 2itur The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,ter* ink dtkdt
