The following members were present: wr Schneider. CouncilwAmbers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and litur The following members were absent: none Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and saved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-293 DENYING REDUCTION OF RETAINAGE SCHMIDT'S GARDENS ADDITION UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 427 WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 6, dated April 14, 1986 for Burechville Construction, Inc. was prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, said request for payment proposed to reduce the retainage from the required 52 to 2.52; and WHEREAS, it is determined by the City Council that the proposed reduction is not in the best interest of the City because of the past performance of the Contractor and the payment to material suppliers. NOV. THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the required retainage not be reduced to less than 52 of the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou_, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained:none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *Q*
