Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day
of May , 1986. The following members were present:
MaXor Schneider. Councilmemhers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 292
REVISION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 9693, 10052 AND 10053
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No's 85-219, 85-779 and 85-780
assessments were levied by the City Council for Project No. 503, Scherer
Industrial Development, 53rd Avenue/Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the property owners of Scherer Industrial Development requested
assessments be respread for the above mentioned improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has agreed to do so; and
WHEREAS, the total amount of the assessments is unchanged;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
That the assessments be revised to the following amounts as they
apply to each parcel here listed:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being takAn thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Cu uncilmemberS
Crain Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Zitur
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
