Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Rqgular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of May . 186.
The following members were present: Mayor Sc ne er, Counci mem ers FaM,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-290
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF VICKSBURG LANE AT 48TH AND 49TH AVENUES NORTH (4830 VICKSBURG LANE) (86033)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located east
of Vicksburg Lane at 48th and 49th Avenues North from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential district), in
conjunction with approval of Final Plat proposed as Willowwood North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for dames C. Peterson do
Associates for Willowwood North to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
