HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-283ACITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the tgth day of May , 1986. The following members were present: vorS-ineider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-283A ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT HARRISON HILLS SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT NO. 630 WHEREAS, the owner of the Harrison Hills development has requested the Bass Lake Plaza sanitary sewer be extended to serve this proposed development; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is • feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cour,cilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers . Crain, Sisk_ Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: -none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
