Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of
May , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. C uncilmembers Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmembgr Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-283
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
BASS LAKE PLAZA AREA
PROJECT NO. 011-001
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 86-274 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of May,
1986, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street
improvements for the Bass Lake Plaza Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and street improvements for Nathan Lane and 56th Avenue
North; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
the 19th day of May, 1986, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted May 19, 1986.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. is designated as
Engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, COuncilmembers
' Crain Sisk and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Counci I member Vaslliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
