HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-279CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of May , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 279 DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT 609 47TH AVENUE - WEST OF TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be assessed for the first 155 feet of frontage; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following parcel shall be deferred for that portion of the assessment that applies to the street frontage that exceeds 155 feet in the manner as stated for a period until that part of the property can be served with sanitary sewer. 10-118-22-41-0008 $11,086.44 10 FURTHER that the deferred assessment shall bear interest from the adoption of this resolution until being reassessed at the rate of 82 per annum. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: Counclimember Vasillou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
