Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a RagnIar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on theme_ day
of Ma , 1986. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-276
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION - STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has
met and hea-d and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the
improvements of Pineview Lane, 48th Avenue North and 49th Avenue North in the Tammie
Middlemist Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lighting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and mads a part
hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against
the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby found
to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment
levied agairst it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in monthly installments extending over a
period of the operation of the lights and shall be collected with the City of
Plymouth's sewer and water utility billing.
3. The cost to be assessed is $37.75 per month.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
