The following members were present: Mayor Chaidpr- Ct►unrilmamharc train,sir-_llaci1inu and 7itur The following members were absent: none ��nCilnamber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptiin: RESOLUTION NO. 86-274 CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 011-001 BASS LAKE PLAZA AREA - STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979 a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates with respect to the improvement of the following: Nathan Lane - Co. Rd. 10 to North line of Scherer Industrial Development 56th Avenue - Nathan Lane to Co. No. 18 frontage road Co. No. 18 frontage road - 56th Avenue to 54rd Avenue Co. No. 10 - Nathan Lane to Zachary Lane; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of streets with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, ponding areas and all necessary appurtenances including previous installed trunk sanitary sewer and watermain; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on February 4, 1980; WHEREAS, the City Council directed that the consulting engineer revise and update the project report for said Bass Lake Plaza area; and WHEREAS, said report dated April 8, 1986 was received by the Council on May 5, 1986 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total coat of the improvement of $1,300,000. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 19th day of May, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The mction for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. w<:
