Pursuant to due call and notice: thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day
of Max , 1986. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: none
CnuncilmemDhpr Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 268
PROHIBITING PARKING ON NEW COUNTY ROAD 9
COUNTY ROAD 18 TO I-494
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 6901A showing proposed
right-of-way, for the construction of County State Aid Highway No. 9, within
the limits of the City, as a State Aid Project, have been prepared and
presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said right-of-way plans be in all things
approved and that the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the
prohibition of on -street parking on those portions of said Project No. 6901A
within its corporate limits.
Dated this 5th day of May 19 86.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
