The following members were present: Mayor Sc pidpr, Cnunrilmamhprc Crain. _ Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: nnnp Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-266 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR SCOVILLE BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION FOR SCOVILLE PRESS, INC. (86005) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Scoville Business Park 3rd Addition as requested by Scoville Press, Inc.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 10 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Provisions for a 15 -ft. wide trail easement per Comprehensive Park Plan, as veri- fied by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards, at the time of Site Plan review. 3. Payment of park dedicaton fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. 4. No further Btiilding Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and record- ed with Hennepin County. 5. No variances are granted or implied for future expansion represented on the General Development Plan. 6. Further development of the property Is subject to Ordinance review and approval requirements. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow—in-9 voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider.
