Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of MY 1S.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain.
Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 265
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR SCOVILLE BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION FOR SCOVILLE PRESS, INC.

WHEREAS, Scoville Press, Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat for Scoville
Business Park 3rd Addition, a plat for one lot south of 27th and 28th Avenues North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Scoville Press,
Inc. for Scoville Business Park 3rd Addition south of 27th and 28th Avenues Nor -h.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: —Mayor Schneider. Counc:ilmembm Crain. Sisk
Vasiliou ani Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
