Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of May 1186.
The following webers were present: Mayor Schneecr (rouncilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
following members were absent: none
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 264
RESCINDING CONDITION NO. 20 OF RESOLUTION NO. 83-464, REGARDING PARKERS LAKE
DEVELOPMENT - VICKSBURG WEST PROPERTY FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction Company has requested approval of a Planned
Unit Development Amendment for Parkers Lake Development - Vicksburg West Property
Involving the deletion of Condition No. 20 in Resolution No. 83-464, adopted September
12, 1984, which restricts the issuance of Building Permits until further public roads
ivare r')nstructed for property west of Vicksburg Lane, east of Dunkirk Lane, in the
northeast quarter of Section 29; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled
public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City of Minneapolis has stated no objection to the requested amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUKcIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby doe-- direct that Condition No. 20 of Resolution
No. 83-464, adopted September 12, 1984, be rescinded.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain Vasiliou and Zitur

voted against or abstained: reupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
