HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-261CITY OF PLYMOUTH 0 Prursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the i day of May . 19 8ft The following members were present: Mayor Schnee er, ouncilmem ere Crain, _ Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur — T1k following members were absent: none Courcilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptiorv: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 261 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA (86037) WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has requested approval of a Site Play for the second phase of the "Flagship" office complex located east of I-494; west o�f Xenium Lane; and, north of Campus Drive in the Northwest Business Campus; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HER,=BY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Prudential Insurance Company for a Site Plan to construct the second phase of the office complex referred to as the "Flagship" to be located east of I-494; west of Xenium Lane; and, north of Campus Drive in the Northwest Business Campus, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees has been previously satisfied. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure and no outside storage is permitted. 6. No additional signage is approved with this phase. i. Development of this phase shall include completing the trail connection from the Scanticon site to I-494 per previous approvals. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and u vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo y r ider, ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur - The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
