Rursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of May 1.
The following meters were present: Marro r Schneider. Councilmembers
Crain__Sisk_ Vacilieu and 7itur
The following members were absent: none
CnunrilmpmhPr Vaciliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-1257
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF I-494 AND NORTH AND SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 47 (RPUD 86-1) (85114)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located west
of I-494 and north and south of County Road 47 from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R -1A (low density single family residential district), R-2, (low density
multiple residence district), and R-3 (medium density multiple residence district)in
conjunction with the approval of the Final Plat proposed as Lake Cimarron Estates;
•NOM►, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Harstad Companies
for Lake Cimarron Estates to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of
said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember 7itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk_ Va,ilinu and 7itur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
