Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Raa,,jar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the qth day of Ma 1( . 1%L.
The following members were present:

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 254
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR LAKE PARK
HEIGHTS FOR THOMAS GRAHAM, GRAHAM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (85089)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Lake Paik Heights as requested by Thomas Graham, Graham Development Company;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
. 2. Provisions for a 30 -ft. wide trail outlot per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified
by the Parks and Engineering Departments. The Deed for Outlot A shall be provided
to the City prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. Payment of park dedicaton Pees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits In
an amount determined according to verified acreage and according to the Dedication
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior io filing the Final Plat.
5. The pond level control structure shall be approved by the City Engineer and
Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
6. A revised Development Contract based on the Final Plat dated April 25, 1986, shall
be prepared and executed prior to the release of the mylars.
7. The 29th Avenue cul-de-sac shall be moved a far as possible to the west, as
approved by the City Engineer, allowing for a possible lot area deficiency in Lot
5.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing
