HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-249CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of April , 1986. The following members were present: �M,-lr Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-249 RESOLUTION REVISING POLICY REGARDING UNDERTAKING OF PETITIONED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, in 1980 the City Council adopted a policy establishing procedures regarding Undertaking of Petitioned Capital Improvements; and WHEREAS, in a report dated April 25, 1986, certain revisions have been proposed for City Council consideration; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TETE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve amendments to the policy establishing procedures regarding Undertaking of Petitioned Capital Improvements as contained in the City staff memorandum dated April 25, 1986 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,Ink#r ilydt�lk 11r�Iri
